I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was simply breathtaking, nestled on top of a hill with soothing views of the valleys and lush greenery all around. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The service was top-notch, from the hospitable staff arranging a surprise cake for my husband at midnight to fulfilling every request with a warm smile. The only downside was the steep terrain, making it a bit challenging to move between rooms and common areas, but the tranquil surroundings more than made up for it. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of delicious Indian and Italian dishes, including the must-try Kerala special filter coffee. The facilities were excellent, providing everything needed for a comfortable and memorable stay.
